Below is a simple step-by-step guide designed to help you update your bill delivery preference.

1. Login to your account. 

2. Click on "My Account" which is in the top right corner of the screen. 

3. Click on "eBill" under Bill Delivery on the left hand side of the screen. 

4. Switch the grey "OFF" button to "ON". 

5. That will turn on the eBill settings and you should see two green bars notifying you that you have transitioned to eBill.

6. If you want to switch to paper billing, just click the “ON” button to switch it to “OFF”.
