JIT has experienced, personal phone agents who will help guide you through the phone payment process. Our office hours are from 8am to 5pm. However, for the month of July 2021 only, we are extending our normal office hours to 6pm to accommodate for our system transition to JIT BlueStar!
Checking your current balance and making a payment over the phone is fast and convenient with our new automated payment system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! You can make a payment over the phone with a credit/debit card or you can use your checking account. A credit card payment will incur a $3.95 transaction fee, but a payment using your checking account is completely free!
