Benchmarking Building Energy Use
JIT Energy Services can help you assess your buildings' energy performance by comparing use against other buildings across your own portfolio or against industry averages. Benchmarking helps you prioritize energy efficiency initiatives and determine which sites might be best suited for an energy audit or assessment. Customers can have JIT Energy Services enter benchmark criteria, such as building square footage, and can then see building performance on the fly compared to other like buildings.
If you are utilizing EPA's Energy Star Portfolio Manager to track building energy performance, you can have JIT automatically update the Portfolio Manager with monthly energy consumption data.
